Are you an experienced sign professional looking to take the next step in your career? Sign Specialists, a leader in the UK signage industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Projects Co-ordinator to join our team.

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for someone with signage experience to help us deliver projects across a range of automotive clients.

About the Role

As a Projects Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of signage projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will assist in the coordination and management of signage projects from concept to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

About You

  • Proven experience in the signage industry.
  • Strong project coordination and/or management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (training on Clarity Management Information System will be provided)
  • Experience working with both digital and traditional signage solutions.
