We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead a team of three people and oversee all financial operations.
This person will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly P&L reports for presentation to the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of three finance staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Prepare and present monthly profit and loss statements and other financial reports to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and drive cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial management, with a strong track record of leadership.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for someone with signage experience to help us deliver projects across a range of automotive clients.
About the Role
As a Projects Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of signage projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will assist in the coordination and management of signage projects from concept to completion.
- Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution for our clients.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
About You
- Proven experience in the signage industry.
- Strong project coordination and/or management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (training on Clarity Management Information System will be provided)
- Experience working with both digital and traditional signage solutions.
